Every development differs in size and in what it can hand us, so there is no price list. A one-off buildout for the building, then a monthly subscription, both agreed in writing before you sign.

Nova, the AI concierge

Answers buyers by voice or text, in English, Polish and Spanish, with more languages on request. Nova knows every apartment from your documents and data, and books viewings into the slots you set or hands the buyer to your sales office.

Every apartment in 3D

A site on your own domain with a page and a room-to-room 3D walkthrough for every apartment, not only the show flats. Walkthroughs are visualisations and are labelled as such.

The data layer

What buyers do on your site, with their consent: where they click, which apartments they come back to, which rooms they walk, what they ask Nova. Every lead with its history, and a weekly report for your team.

Your portal, or your CRM

Use our portal as your CRM, or keep your own in sync: leads go out, availability and prices come back.

What the buildout depends on.

Three things move the quote. We go through all three on the first call.

Units

Every apartment gets its own page and walkthrough, so the number of units sets the size of the work.

Drawings

Clean plans at a known scale make faster, truer walkthroughs. Thin input means more rounds with you, and we say so up front.

Add-ons

The turning building with every apartment clickable, and a cloned voice for Nova.

What Nova never does.

Nova sells inside the facts you give it. Anything outside them goes to a person on your team.

  • No negotiating

    It never discusses discounts or moves on price. Promotions come up only if you allow them, from your data and with their end dates.

  • No legal advice

    Legal questions, contract terms and personal financial advice always go to a person on your team.

  • No invented numbers

    Prices, areas, dates and payment schedules come from your data and documents. If a number is not there, it says so.
